So! I managed to start modding. Aside from adding custom rangers to squads (if anyone would like to ask for help on this, I would be more than happy to oblige , I would like to ask any other similar minded folks for a solution to my new problem I have encountered in this regard...with custom rangers and of course, people tending to stay dead when they take a 20mm to the head, one might want a bigger squad, or a greater variety of characters. Or, in some cases, to have a party with most of the default NPC's. Id like to know if anyone has found a way to "Dismiss" a custom-created, stock or modded, NPC, like the four you can start with, aside from a fumbled grenade or ordering the rest of the team to perforate them. What I -had- managed to do, was to get them to, say, share an ID with a pre-made CNPC, like Angela or Vulture, but when they are done and dismissed...they of course, while they are successfully dismissed, turn into the NPC they share an ID with. Anyone already script or think of a way to do this, or better yet, know if the option to dismiss custom NPC's will be in the final build?
