I just saw in another project that pledge manager are rather standard. Is it used here? If it's used here, I don't think I got the e-mail(or it got placed in the junk mail folder and deleted after the expiration).

Those pledge managers are not part of Kickstarter as they are third party website that provide the ability to change the tiers as you go. We're current in touch with them and hopefully we'll work out something. :)
I believe they said that they'll be sending out an email servey in October.
They just need to sort everything out for the servey in the meantime.
No one has received a servey for the specifics of their pledge yet, so don't worry.
