For those of Us that bought a tier that contains physical items (Plush, Guidebook, etc,etc), When will those items start shipping out?

I took a look-see in the Kickstarter Info but couldn't find any info on this. My best guess is that this Question didn't get Answered cause no Answer to this Question is available. My apologies.
Yes, we are wondering this too. I've asked on several posts and never any answer. It would be nice to have this question officially addressed.
